Experiencing Santa Maria Suites Resort was like stepping into a secluded paradise in the heart of Key West. Matilda, the reception staff member, stood out for her exceptional hospitality and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. the warm muffins and ice cream delivered to our room each evening were a delightful treat, adding a special touch to our experience. The spacious layout of our villa, with two bedrooms and two and a half baths, provided ample space for relaxation and unwinding after a day of exploring the vibrant Duval Street and nearby attractions. the location of the resort was ideal, offering easy access to local sites and the vibrant energy of Mallory Square. the lush landscape and pool areas visible from our private balcony were truly breathtaking, creating a serene atmosphere where we could sit back and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel truly welcome. the property itself was immaculately clean and beautifully laid out, with each room offering privacy and stunning views of the pools and courtyard. From the warm hospitality to the serene ambiance, this hotel is truly a hidden gem in Key West. I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in this vibrant city. Thank you to the staff for making our trip so special - we will definitely be back to create more memories in this magical oasis.
